Bio

Tran Quang Anh was an Assistant Researcher in the Network Research Center at Tsinghua University. He is the author of Chinese_rules.cf, a famous and widely-used Chinese spam filter rules. In 2003 he finished his Ph. D. as a student of Prof. Xing Li at Tsinghua University, from where he also received a Master in 2000. He finished his Bachelor at Huazhong Univeristy of Science and Technology in 1997. In 1991 he was a student at Hanoi University of Technology. From 1988 to 1991 he studied in the Math Gifted School at Hanoi University of Education.
